American Tactical Apparel Refund and Exchange Policy
American Tactical Apparel can only provide returns for product purchased directly from American Tactical Apparel. Customers who purchased products from American Tactical Apparel authorized dealers must contact the dealer.
American Tactical Apparel requires that you contact us directly before you return a Product, for exchange or refund, to obtain a Return Authorization Number to reference on your return. For return authorization please call customer service at 281-864-4754 .
No clothing items may be returned or exchanged if the item has been washed, damaged, or it is 30 days past the original delivery date of the product.
Items may be exchanged for a product(s) of equal value.
All Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping is not refunded.
You must return Product to us in its original condition. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. American Tactical Apparel is not responsible for product that is lost or damaged when returned. Credit for returns will reflect the price paid by the consumer. There are no returns after 30-days of receipt of product under any circumstances.
